From what little can be told from this debut teaser, it looks like it could be a solid story-driven sci-fi title, which is good because we’re in dire need of more sci-fi shooters. Oh I’m sorry, I mean good sci-fi shooters. Check out official website here –>Link |

His latest brainchild, the first-person shooter game "Slayers," allows millions to act out their most savage fantasies online in front of a global audience, using real prisoners as avatars with whom they fight to the death. But as always Game developers often push the Hype beyond unrealistic levels to then crash and burn as they run into problems which often cause delays. And unfortunately or fortunately depending on wheter or not you’re a fan – John Carmack has very minimal involvement in the development of this game. Maybe he should stop playing with his Rockets and get his ass back to programming and help his team finish this game. We already have a vaporware King aka (Duke Nukem) and we don’t need another chasing the crown. So with that said we yet again have another game stuck in the mud looking to find its way out. We can only hope the delay forces them to make sure the product is fully tested and bug free prior to release. We don’t want the Quake era repeating itself all over again where patches to fix patches to fix patches was the norm. If so, then id Software will really see what RAGE is.
